Cancellation Policy:

Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, 24 hours notice is required to avoid full charge for cancellation or rescheduling.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Any appointments cancelled the day of the appointment due to snow and ice will not be charged in accordance with our 24 hour cancellation policy. In addition we ask our clients for their understanding if a therapist is not able to make it to their appointments because of bad weather. We do ask that you wait to cancel your appointments until the day of the appointment in the event that the weather does not present as expected.
