About Patience:
I first became interested in alternative medicine and healing practices in my 20s when I found myself leaving an abusive relationship, the mother of two children under 2 years old, and so impacted by migraines that I could not care for my kids. I was out of options and took my first yoga class. That started a lifelong relationship with yoga and self discovery AND I never had another migraine again!
Since that moment, I have become certified as a Yoga teacher, Reiki master teacher, Integrative Health Coach, Board Certified Therapeutic Bodyworker, and have studied several forms of traditional East Asian medicine. I have a lot of tools in my toolbox. I have made it my life’s mission to help others overcome dis-ease including autoimmune disorders, metabolic syndrome, arthritis, trauma, thyroid dysfunction, Lyme’s disease, spinal cord injury, stroke, depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and cancer.
