Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that explores hidden dynamics and unresolved traumas within our lives.

During a session, one works with a trained facilitator to identify and explore what is going on in one’s field. Through this process, the client gains insights into the dynamics and traumas within their systems, and how these may be impacting their own life.
This process helps us remember that there is power in knowing where we come from, where we belong, and where we want to go.
