Paul offers an overview of the tools used in Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching, Reflexology and Naturopathic Reiki Therapy; where clients develop a higher sense of purpose and self-esteem, through practices that reduce stress. The techniques shared are initial stepping-stones to guide you in the direction toward happiness.
