Johrei is the practice of cleansing the spiritual body by focusing Universal energy. Originating in Japan, Johrei teaches that Universal energy, or the divine Light, when focused on the spiritual body of an individual, can impact pain or discomfort, disease and suffering.
This class will teach you the principles of Johrei, as well as how to practice Johrei. You can give Johrei to others, to yourself, or to a pet. You can offer Johrei to situations, to the planet, or to the Universe. Believed to be an all-encompassing Universal Light that benefits both the recipient and the donor.
Johrei is often referred to as Active Prayer, which has allowed many to respond to difficult situations with action rather than despair.
