The guided meditations are based on those within the iRest Program for Healing PTSD. Throughout the series, you’ll practice experiencing wholeness, body and breath sensing, and welcoming opposites of feelings and emotions. The practice will help you feel more grounded in daily life, meet feelings skillfully, and feel safer in your body.
This is a virtual class. Sign up for the series or drop in. While the series will help you progress more quickly, a drop in class will be deeply relaxing. Registration closes 2 hours before class, and a Zoom link will be sent out after registration is closed. During class, your camera will be off, and you’ll be muted.
Yoga Nidra can be practiced seated or lying down. You’re welcome to practice in bed. Wear comfortable clothing and use blankets and pillows as needed.
