Are you ready to align your lifestyle with nature’s rhythms and nurture your well-being?

Can you feel the sense of new beginnings in nature?

Spring brings new energy, new life as we can clearly observe around us in nature. Spring’s energy of growth and change is a good time for us to embody a similar energy within ourselves.

In Chinese medicine, the changing seasons are not just external events but are deeply interconnected with the energies within us. The Five Elements/Phases approach links each season to specific organs, meridians, and emotions, influencing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Spring, or the Wood phase, is the time to connect deeply with our roots to develop resiliency and flexibility against the worldly winds. It is a great time to reboot our energy system, to get active, focus on goals, start new projects and grow new perspectives.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Accessible Movement & Qigong: Strengthen the tendons and connective tissues, improve circulation, detoxify the liver and promote well-being.
  • Breathing Practices & Guided Meditations: Explore pausing and gazing attentively as a way to build a bigger perspective and a new vision in life.
  • Informative Talk & Practical Demonstrations: Learn about the Five Elements framework.
  • Lifestyle Adjustments: Support the Wood element/Spring season through diet, nutrition, and daily habits to stay balanced throughout the spring months.
  • Q&A and Discussion: Engage and ask questions.

Who Should Attend:

  • Anyone looking to feel more balanced in mind and body.
  • Individuals looking for flexible movement patterns including connective tissue (fascia, including tendons and ligaments) strengthening natural movement forms.
  • Anyone wanting to release anger, irritability and cultivate forgiveness using practices of healing sounds.
  • Those interested in learning more about the Five Elements/Phases framework, a foundational pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  • Individuals seeking practical, seasonally aligned lifestyle tips and nutrition recommendations.
  • Open to everyone, regardless of experience level.

Ideal for anyone looking to stay healthy and centered during seasonal changes. This workshop will help you align with the energy of Spring, a season to detoxify your liver and strengthen the tendons and connective tissues. The movements and practices will explore classical tendon stretches, and help release irritability and anger and cultivate a sense of inner peace and forgiveness. Perfect for all levels of experience.

Embrace the energy of Spring and open yourself to be flexible, resilient and open for growth as the trees in nature.
