Restore Trust in your Body and Mind

Do you feel like you’re living outside your body? Do you wish you could feel more comfortable in your body and trust yourself more?

In this 90 minute class, we’ll combine gentle restorative yoga postures with guided relaxations and visualization to calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel relaxed, calm, more trusting of your body and mind.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring an extra layer in case you get cool.
