It’s a fact – lots of people need help with their cores! Poor posture, muscle imbalances, too little movement, and poor muscle recruitment all contribute to a weak/uncoordinated core. Back pain, low muscle tone despite exercise, incontinence, and poor posture and balance are all signs your core needs some attention.
In this 4-week small-group progressive series, you’ll learn:

All props will be provided though you’re welcome to bring your own mat. It is essential you attend the first class. Each class does build upon the other. Handouts will be provided at all classes. If you need to miss a class, you can get the handout and catch up. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a notebook and pencil to jot down tips and reminders. You will have email access to the instructor between classes.
Leslie DeGrande is a NASM-certified personal trainer, yoga therapist, and core confidence specialist. The core is her favorite area of the body, and she has helped many clients better understand and re-train their cores. She brought her core back to life after having 3 kids and continues to build strength and function while training for and competing in triathlons.
