This Reiki Level 1 class is designed to have you tune into an expanded, higher vibration and bring about profound personal healing. This knowledge allows you to let go of uncomfortable, limiting beliefs and live a consciously created life.
Reiki treats the whole person – body, emotions, mind, and spirit – creating many beneficial effects including relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Throughout the day you will engage in meditation and be guided to uncover the subconscious beliefs that limit your life. You will be attuned to the universal life force energy. And there will be an organic meal prepared to fuel your body to resonate optimally with universal life force. There will be time to ask and receive answers to any questions you may have. Then, we will practice techniques of Reiki healing and experience a sacred closing circle.
This one-day workshop will be facilitated by Patience Ulstad, Reiki Master Teacher. Patience is also a Yoga Teacher, Integrative Health Coach, Board Certified Therapeutic Bodyworker and has studied several forms of traditional East Asian medicine.
