In this low-impact movement class, we will use basic dance moves, stretching, and restorative yoga poses to release the stress and tension in the body.
Through slow, gentle, relaxing self-care movements suitable for all ages, dances, and fitness levels, you will connect deeply with yourself and increase your internal awareness. By working with the nervous system, we will relieve pain, release muscular tension, improve posture and movement, and promote healing throughout the body. Movement can be our secret ingredient to deepening our connection with our body.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one!
