  • Easy-to-practice methods to instantly reduce unpleasant emotions, and regain emotional stability (breath technique – clench technique – visual technique – avert technique).
  • To use simple tools & techniques to create a calmer environment within the home, office, and self (create a calmer ambient atmosphere).
  • Simple practices to enjoy the moments with others (think calm, feel calm, be calm) -“bingo”
