The Teal Center has implemented the following policies and procedures to maximize your health and safety. To view our video detailing our new procedures visit our Blog page.
All clients and staff will be pre-screened for symptoms of illness as well as high-risk factors. Anyone who has had fever or flu-like symptoms or traveled via airline in the past 14 days will be asked to reschedule.
Masks and More Spacing, Less Capacity
All Teal Center staff will wear face masks at all times in the suite and we ask that you do the same. We will limit the number of appointments to ensure physical distancing in our suite and will limit the number of therapists seeing clients at the same time.
Disinfecting and Cleaning
We will ask you to thoroughly wash your hands upon entering the suite, and we will do likewise. We have increased the time between sessions so therapists can thoroughly disinfect the room after each client. We have also temporarily replaced upholstered chairs with plastic chairs, which are easier to keep clean, and placed plastic barriers on each table and face cradle to ensure effective disinfecting between clients.
Remote Front Desk
Our Front Desk staff will be available to help you with questions, payment, receipts and booking appointments from an offsite location.
Electronic Record Keeping
We have initiated a new electronic record keeping system to cut down on the handling of paper and files in the office.
