Introducing Gut Health Coaching with Cristina Blanco, Certified Integrative Health Coach
There is no cookie cutter approach to health. You won’t find quick fixes, fad diets, or that your only solution to all your problems lies in a pill.
Cristina supports each person differently depending on their own unique needs. The missing link to numerous chronic issues people deal with is directly related to the state of your gut – your gastrointestinal system. Whatever your goals are – whether it is to lose weight, gain more energy, improve sleep, etc. – this is all impacted by the condition and health of your gut.
While good dietary nutrition based on whole foods helps build the foundation for wellness, it’s not the only pillar. Research continues to support the use of lifestyle change involving exercise, spiritual practice, and other behaviors for conditions such as chronic stress, weight loss, migraine headaches, constipation, and joint pain, as well as many others.
Cristina offers a 20-minute complimentary Discovery Session. You’ll talk about your goals, discuss the approach, and determine whether it is a good fit for working together. After the initial call, you’ll work together with one-on-one coaching sessions for a 6 month commitment. This is the ideal timeframe to implement improved lifestyle changes that are sustainable and long-lasting. (However, a 3 month version is also available.)
There are 12 sessions, precisely two per month, over the course of six months. The 24-week package is $250/month — a discount of $50/month over the regular coaching fee.
During your sessions with Cristina, together you will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. Cristina promises to support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word.
