Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching is a combination of western neuroscience and eastern practices, and is one of many methodologies available under the umbrella of Life Coaching. MBLC creates stronger emotional balance and stability; by working on stress related physical & emotional symptoms including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, or the feeling of being overwhelmed. The goal of Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching is to eliminate pain and suffering.
Paul Pettit uniquely combines life coaching with naturopathic reiki, which works directly with the body’s parasympathetic nervous system to help relieve physical and emotional pain, promote stress reduction, and create emotional balance.
