Jessica Cubas acquired her massage therapy training in Alexandria, Virginia and became nationally certified in 2008. Her work in massage therapy inspired her to further her knowledge and training by acquiring her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013. Her focus since has been on health promotion and palliative care.

Jessica relocated to Oregon in the Fall of 2014 to pursue her studies on alternative healthcare practices by enrolling in a Master's Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Program at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM). With a future background in both Western and Eastern Medicine, she wants to be able to provide integrative care that assists people in achieving their optimal health.

Jessica's nurturing and compassionate nature motivates her to care for and connect with people in various ways. Her bodywork incorporates many elements of Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), which is a combination of specific soft and deep tissue musculoskeletal techniques that helps clients in need of relief from stress, tension, and/or pain. She firmly believes that massage therapy can be therapeutically instrumental in helping the body facilitate healing.
