Mary Maruca

Mary Maruca began her bodywork journey while working in natural science writing and editing, discovering that hands-on healing grounded her more deeply and strengthened her connection to natural systems, both human and environmental. She graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2009 and became a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in 2011. Her work is guided by a commitment to supporting balance and freedom within the body, mind, and spirit. A lifelong learner, Mary continues to expand her skills and now incorporates Energy Kinesiology to support whole-body healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Known for her calm, compassionate presence, she creates a nurturing space where clients can experience deep relaxation and healing.
