I strive to support each client's innate wisdom by nurturing physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I believe all healing begins with trust and self-awareness. Through present observation, listening, and touch I am guided how to individualize my bodywork choices. My aim is to help to reduce restriction in the mind and body, building an individual's capacity for lasting health and desired change.
My pediatric practice encourages family partnership, crucial to each child’s well-being. I provide education and guidance to help families understand and support their child in new ways. My goal is to create a safe space for all ages, so balance and a lasting capacity for health grow beyond our shared experience.
