Patience graduated from Mueller College for Holistic Studies in 1999 as a Holistic Health Practitioner and provides a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and Reiki. While pursuing her Masters degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine, Patience was awarded a certificate in Asian Body Therapy and added Tui Na, cupping, gua sha and acupressure to her repertoire of therapeutic bodywork.
In 2013, she was introduced to the world of professional coaching and by 2015, Patience was coaching full time for a leader in the personal and professional development industry. Patience left that field in 2019 with the strong desire to integrate her love of eastern systems of medicine with her coaching skills.
In the past 2 years, she added a degree in Integrative Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, studied yoga in the Himalayas at Sattva Yoga Institute, studied Ayurveda with Cate Stillman, and completed A Master Class for Healers with Dr. Gabor Mate.
Patience served three years in the US Army, studied Liberal Arts and Sciences at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA and for 5 years ran her own small clinic of massage therapists and other wellness professionals in San Diego. She enjoys cooking, international travel, yoga, hiking and her dog :-)

“Patience has helped me through the most debilitating illness. She is truly one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable practitioners in her field.” — LAURA L., CORONADO, CA “I have been going to Patience for over 10 years. She continually gives me hints, ideas and suggestions on how to better care for my body and health. The best part is she is realistic about my lifestyle and never suggests things she knows I will never do. This is why I trust her and have continued to see her for all these years.” — STEPHANIE L., SAN DIEGO, CA
