Journal Before Bedtime to Release Anxious Energy

You don’t need to be a great writer to enjoy the benefits of therapeutic journaling. Simply get a notebook, grab a pen, and start writing down whatever comes to mind. By clearing your mind and putting your fears and worries down on paper, you’ll find it easier to relax and enjoy a more restful night’s sleep.
