By opting into our SMS service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We collect your mobile phone number, name, and consent information (when/how you opted in). We may collect this via our contact us page, our scheduling software Wellness Living, web forms, or in-person signups.

- To help you manage your membership or package and to provide customer support.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Also, if you wish to no longer receive appointment notifications via SMS, please login to your Wellness Living profile, go to your notification settings and unselect all SMS Messaging options.

We use reasonable, industry-standard security measures (e.g., encryption) to protect your information. We retain your data as long as necessary to provide services to you or as required by law.
