Judy Allen is a licensed acupuncturist in Virginia, Maryland, and New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from University of Mary Washington. She was grateful to spend a semester in Valencia, Spain and over three years living in Milan, Italy studying Italian and design. After living in New York for 10 years, she returned to Northern Virginia in 2016 and completed her Master of Science in Acupuncture at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine.
Judy’s favorite part about being an acupuncturist is helping her patients find relief from pain. Her goal is to understand the holistic picture of every patient’s health in order to restore systems to balance. Judy believes that everyone deserves a healthy and pain free life, and she is grateful to be part of their journey. Some of her areas of interest include musculoskeletal pain, women’s health, and anxiety. When not practicing acupuncture, Judy enjoys practicing yoga, being outdoors and near the water, and playing tennis.
Judy sees clients on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
