Kangen Water 101
What alkaline water actually is, what the research does and doesn't say, and how to evaluate the claims.
A free monthly evening lecture on natural health, self-care, and the modalities we offer. No fee, no commitment, no sales pitch.
Once a month we open the classroom to the wider community for a one-hour conversation on a wellness topic. The format is informal — usually a 30-minute presentation by one of our practitioners or a visiting expert, followed by Q&A and a chance to mingle. Refreshments and Kangen Water are provided.
These aren't sales events. We host them because we want our neighbors to be better-informed about their own health, and because honest conversations about modalities like acupuncture, energy medicine, or PEMF benefit from a real human in the room rather than a brochure.
Anyone is welcome — current clients, the curious, and the skeptical. RSVPs help us plan seating, but you can also just walk in.

The lecture calendar lives alongside our other events. RSVPs aren't required but help us set up the room. The series is paused in late December and rejoins in January.
