To enter, simply record a 30-60 second video sharing your experiences at The Teal Center.

You can share who your favorite practitioner is and why you love seeing them. We want to know all the ways The Teal Center has positively impacted your body, mind and spirit!

For example, has our therapeutic massage relieved tension in your back and shoulders?

Has it helped ease chronic back pain or sciatica?

How have our energy healing sessions given you a sense of calm and reduced anxiety?

Has acupuncture given you more energy, relieved migraines, or helped you sleep better?

Videos can be taken right from your phone, must be around 30-60 seconds long, and must be shot in landscape mode (horizontal). See below for specific video requirements.

The winner will be voted by The Teal Center staff for best video, so be creative and share from the heart!

Video Submission Requirements

1.  Video must be shot in landscape mode (horizontal format).

2. ☀️ Make sure you are well lit in natural lighting or by using a bright light.

3.  Ensure there is little-to-no noise distraction, and your audio is clear.

4.  Shoot your video in front of a neutral background with minimal clutter or in a quiet outdoor space.

5.  Speak from the heart! We want to hear your organic, honest thoughts.

6.  Submit your video file as MP4 to our Dropbox account, ideally no longer than one minute.

By submitting your photographs/videos to The Teal Center, you are officially entering the contest for the The Teal Center Testimonial Giveaway and are giving The Teal Center full permission to use your photographs/videos for marketing via social media, web, and/or print.
