Memberships & Packages: Terms & Conditions

Everything you need to know about our Thrive Memberships, Heal Intensive, and Self-Care Package.

We believe in transparency. Below you’ll find the terms, conditions, and details for each of our offerings. If you have any questions at all, we’re always happy to talk it through — just reach out at 703-522-7637 or book a free consultation.

The Thrive Memberships (Standard & Premium)

Commitment & Renewal

  • Your membership is a 3-month commitment, billed monthly starting on the date of purchase.
  • At the end of your 3-month term, you may renew for another 3-month cycle to keep your benefits and savings going.
  • All membership benefits are available only to active members in good standing during their current term.

Your Monthly Session

  • Each month, your membership includes one bodywork session (60 or 90 minutes, depending on your tier).
  • Each session also includes a complimentary 15-minute PEMF Therapy add-on. This must be booked separately to your bodywork session.
  • Your monthly session is for your personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Additional Services Discount

  • As a member, you may purchase unlimited additional bodywork sessions (60 minutes or longer) at $10 off per session.
  • This discount applies to bodywork services only and does not include acupuncture, breathwork, or Energy Kinesiology.
  • The 10% retail and workshop discount applies to all in-store product purchases (except gift cards) and workshop registration fees (*some exclusions may apply).

Missed Sessions & Grace Period

  • Life happens. If you are unable to attend your session due to illness or unexpected travel, you may roll over one unused session to a 4th month grace period.
  • This grace period replaces the missed month.  It does not add an extra session to your membership.
  • With the exception of this one rollover, unused sessions expire at the end of your membership term and are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Late Notice Policy

  • 24-hour advance notice is required for any appointment cancellation.
  • Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. This fee is charged separately from your membership.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to forfeit one of your three monthly sessions in lieu of paying the late cancellation fee.

Membership Cancellation

  • Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

Additional Terms

  • Memberships are non-transferable — strictly one member per membership.
  • Members agree to notify the Teal Center of any changes in address, contact information, and/or credit card information.
  • Members must follow all Teal Center policies as outlined in the Client Consent Form.
  • The Teal Center cannot guarantee that services will always be with the same practitioner.
  • The Teal Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.

The Heal Intensive

How It Works

The Heal Intensive is a focused package of 6 bodywork sessions completed over 6 weeks — designed for clients working through a specific issue that needs sustained, consistent attention.Your 6-week window begins on the date of your first appointment.

Scheduling

  • Upon purchase, we highly recommend booking all 6 appointments at once to ensure the best availability.
  • Scheduling all sessions upfront helps you stay on track and ensures your preferred days and times are reserved.
  • The more consistent your schedule, the more effective the work. Please make sure you have the space in your life to honor this 6-week commitment before purchasing.

Grace Period

  • We understand that life is unpredictable. A 1-week grace period is available in the case of illness or last-minute travel.
  • This grace period extends your 6-week window by one week — it does not add an additional session.

Practitioner & Modality

  • While we do our best to keep you with the same practitioner, we cannot guarantee the same practitioner or modality for every appointment.
  • If you face scheduling challenges, please ask your practitioner who they recommend you see in their absence.
  • The Teal Center reserves the right to substitute a modality based on practitioner availability. For example, therapeutic massage may be substituted for neuromuscular therapy. Cumulative bodywork is still highly effective even when the specific modality varies session to session.

  • Sessions are for your personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
  • The Heal Intensive is non-refundable once purchased.
  • Unused sessions that fall outside the 6-week window (plus grace period, if applicable) expire and are non-refundable.
  • The Teal Center’s standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited session.

A Note on Commitment

The Heal Intensive works best when you show up consistently. We designed this package around the principle that your body responds to sustained attention — not sporadic visits. Before purchasing, please take a moment to ensure you can commit to weekly sessions for 6 weeks. Your healing is worth that commitment. 🌿

The Self-Care Package

How It Works

The Self-Care Package is a bundle of 5 bodywork sessions purchased at a discount to be used on your own schedule, at your own pace.

 

Flexibility & Scheduling

  • There is no set timeline for using your sessions. Book whenever your body tells you it’s time.
  • Sessions can be booked one at a time or scheduled in advance – whatever works best for your life.

Additional Terms

  • Sessions are for your personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
  • The Self-Care Package is non-refundable once purchased.
  • The Teal Center cannot guarantee the same practitioner for every session.
  • The Teal Center’s standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited session.
