Manual Lymph Drainage
Vodder-method MLD for therapists already certified in massage. Multi-day intensives with CEU credit.
Continuing education for licensed massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other bodyworkers. Senior practitioners and visiting instructors. CEU credit where applicable.
The Teal Center has hosted professional trainings since the early 2000s. Most are run several times a year by our senior staff or by visiting instructors we trust — practitioners who teach because they're still actively practicing, not because they've stopped.
Sessions are limited to small groups (usually 8–14 students) so the work stays hands-on. Many alumni return year after year, both for the technical content and because the room itself, the same one our clients use, is a good environment to practice in.
If you teach a modality and would like to host a training here, we're always open to conversations. We can co-promote, handle registration through WellnessLiving, and coordinate the room.

Upcoming trainings
Trainings are typically open to licensed massage therapists, acupuncturists, energy practitioners, and other licensed bodyworkers. Some advanced courses require prerequisites — they're listed on each training's detail page.
Most trainings carry CEU credit for NCBTMB and state-board renewal. Acupuncture and other licensed-modality CEUs vary by instructor — check the individual course page for the credit details.
We're always open to hosting visiting instructors. Send us a note with the modality, format, and proposed dates.
