Yoga
Gentle, restorative, and slow-flow yoga. Emphasis on breath and presence rather than peak postures.
Group classes that meet weekly in our peaceful classroom. Yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and qi practices, all levels welcome.
The classroom at The Teal Center is intentionally quiet — natural light, hardwood floors, and a small enough room that the teacher can actually see you. Most classes meet weekly with the same instructor, so there's a real arc of practice and a community of regulars rather than a rotating drop-in crowd.
All classes are open to beginners. Bring a mat if you have one (we lend them too), and arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle. Many clients pair a class with a session that day, breathwork before a massage, qi gong after acupuncture.
Gentle, restorative, and slow-flow yoga. Emphasis on breath and presence rather than peak postures.
Guided sittings, mindfulness practice, and silent group meditation. Suitable whether it's your first or thousandth time.
Conscious-connected breath, pranayama, and TCM-based qi breathwork. Often the most surprising class for new students.
Slow, flowing movement that pairs especially well with acupuncture and energy medicine. Standing or seated.
Practical, secular mindfulness for stress, sleep, and daily life. Often built around an 8-week curriculum.
Monthly women's gathering hosted by Allison Tilluma. Movement, intention-setting, and conversation.
