Practitioner Name
I strive to support each client’s innate wisdom by nurturing physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I believe all healing begins with trust and self-awareness. Through present observation, listening, and touch I am guided how to individualize my bodywork choices. My aim is to help to reduce restriction in the mind and body, building an individual’s capacity for lasting health and desired change.
My pediatric practice encourages family partnership, crucial to each child’s well-being. I provide education and guidance to help families understand and support their child in new ways. My goal is to create a safe space for all ages, so balance and a lasting capacity for health grow beyond our shared experience.

”I brought my son to Nishanka when he was six weeks old to treat his torticollis. She knows so much about the needs and lives of infants (and their parents!). Her approach is in a very real sense holistic. She treats the body, mind, and soul. She successfully used craniosacral therapy to address my son's torticollis, reflux, gas, and sleep issues. At the same time, she had great suggestions related to mother/son bonding and playtime stimulation. I often slip up and call her my therapist because her gentle guidance, great listening skills, and strong presence helped me through a very tough time.
